Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply too much to manage on your own. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, difficulties in relationships, or pressures at work, counselling can provide the space to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you are going through. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. My approach is neuro-affirmative, meaning I value and respect the different ways people think, feel, and experience the world. I work collaboratively, tailoring each session to your needs, and providing warmth, understanding, and encouragement along the way. Whatever your issues, I am dedicated to supporting you through life's challenges, helping you build resilience, gain self-awareness, re-balance your life, and form healthier relationships. I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can have a chat about, and ask any questions you may have. If you'd like to proceed, we can arrange to meet in weekly 50-minute sessions.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages individuals to embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling guilty for them.

Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizes a non-directive, empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process.
Person-Centered Therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, they will discover their own solutions.
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on unconscious processes as they are manifested in a person’s present behavior, with the goals of self-awareness and understanding of the influence of the past on present behavior.
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on understanding the psychological roots of emotional suffering through self-reflection and self-examination.
I offer a free introductory video call of 20-30 minutes so you can explain your issues and goals which have caused you to seek counselling, and ask any questions of me prior to making any financial commitment. Alternatively, this can be face-face in Clapham or Battersea during 9.00 - 5.00 on Mondays-Thursdays. All sessions cost £65 per 50-minute session. These will be either face-face in comfortable rooms just off Clapham High Street, or a few minutes walk from Clapham Junction, or online. I work Mondays-Thursdays.
