Accredited EMDR Therapist & Trauma-Informed Coach – UK-Wide Online Support
If you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, know that you are not alone, and you don’t have to face it by yourself. I am an accredited EMDR therapist and a structured, trauma-informed life coach, providing calm, focused support to adults who are ready to move forward. My sessions are confidential, evidence-based, and conducted securely online across the UK. Whether you are experiencing PTSD, childhood abuse, military trauma, or relationship challenges, we will work together to restore your clarity, confidence, and internal stability.
Personal Touch
I’m someone who finds meaning in the quiet things — slow mornings, long drives, good coffee, and time just to be. I spend a lot of time reflecting, whether through writing, photography, or simply watching the world go by from a quiet corner of a café. I don’t need noise to feel alive. I value calm, presence, and authentic connection.
I’m most at home outdoors — especially camping. There’s something honest about waking up in a tent to the sound of rain, with no schedule and no pressure. I love the freedom of it, the people you meet, the places you find by chance. It reminds me how simple things can still hold the most peace.
I keep a small circle of close friends — people I trust, who know me well, and with whom I can be fully myself. I’m drawn to real conversation — not small talk, but the kind of honest, one-to-one exchange where people feel safe to share what really matters to them. I like hearing people’s stories: where they’ve been, where they’re headed, what lights them up. I’m not here to judge or fix — to listen, reflect, and hold space with care.
Client Focus
I work with adults who are looking for a steady, structured space to make sense of what they’ve been carrying. Many of the people I support are dealing with trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or periods of change that feel hard to manage alone. Some have clear goals, others just know something needs to shift — both are welcome.
I often work with professionals, veterans, and those who’ve spent years holding it together for others. My approach suits people who value calm, clarity, and a thoughtful pace — clients who are ready to feel more grounded, more themselves, and more in control of their lives again.
Background
I hold two BSc degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Nursing, and EMDR Europe accredits me as a therapist with more than 17 years of clinical experience. My expertise in trauma treatment spans 11 years, during which I worked with corporate and defence organisations. My professional experience includes working in NHS inpatient and community settings, trauma services, and a private online practice. I deliver EMDR therapy and structured trauma-informed coaching services to British adults who live across the UK through online sessions. My therapeutic method combines peacefulness and concentration, drawing on my extensive experience as a frontline healthcare professional.
Therapy Approach
I use EMDR therapy as my core method — a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and release the emotional weight of trauma, anxiety, and overwhelm. It’s not about reliving the past — it’s about untangling it so it stops intruding on the present.
Alongside EMDR, I offer trauma-informed coaching for clients who want clarity, direction, and emotional steadiness in day-to-day life. Sessions are calm, focused, and adapted to your pace. Whether you're dealing with specific events or a general sense of “something’s not right,” we work together to create space, restore balance, and move forward with strength.
