Life can become overwhelming — anxiety, stress, trauma, or long-standing patterns that leave you feeling stuck. I work alongside adults who feel lost, overwhelmed or out of touch with their inner self.
Online and now in-person in Chichester centre.
Personal Touch
Not only have I recognised in my own life the effect boarding school has had, but I know too how much many of those who went to the same school have struggled. Yet everyone’s story is different and that both fascinates me and affirms our common humanity. My training and personal therapy has not only helped me work through my own issues but also to learn how to listen and to be truly present for others - these things don’t come naturally to ex-boarders!
I live on the south coast of the UK on the border of West Sussex and Hampshire.
Client Focus
I support adults with anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, workplace stress, and neurodivergence-related challenges. If you’re feeling stuck or finding things hard to manage, therapy can help you make sense of things and feel more grounded.
As an ex-boarder, I also work with people affected by the long-term emotional impact of boarding school.
