I offer a free 30-minute consultation, as I believe that trust and genuine connection are the cornerstones of a meaningful therapeutic relationship. This is an opportunity for you to express your counselling goals, ask any questions, and see if we would like to work together. Sessions last for 50 minutes and are either long-term or short-term.
