GAD-7 is live ✅ (and PHQ-9 is coming soon 🚧)
We’ve got a great update: GAD-7 is now live and available for all counsellors to use on Counselling Network.
Next up, we’re preparing to launch a second tool alongside it:
GAD-7 Mobile Questionnaire (anxiety check-in) ✅ Live now
PHQ-9 Mobile Questionnaire (low mood / depression check-in) 🚧 Coming soon
These are not PDFs. This is proper, mobile-first technology built to be simple, fast, and comfortable to use on a phone.
Mobile-first by design
We’ve designed these tools around how clients actually use their phones:
One question at a time (no overwhelming long pages)
Big 0–3 buttons that are easy to tap
A clear progress indicator so clients always know where they are
A smooth experience on mobile and tablet
Accessibility built in (not bolted on)
We’ve put real thought into accessibility from day one:
Clear headings and structure
Works well with screen readers
Designed for keyboard navigation
Simple layouts that should still work in text-only / reading browsers
In short: it’s built to be easy to read, easy to use, and inclusive.
Share a client code (anonymous)
GAD-7 (and PHQ-9 when it launches) uses the same simple approach:
You generate a client code
You share it with your client (text, email, WhatsApp — whatever suits)
Your client completes the questionnaire without creating an account
We keep it anonymous:
We record scores (including question scores) and the session ID/code
We don’t collect names, emails, or personal identifiers
We’re not like other directories
A lot of directories stop at a profile picture and some text.
We’re taking a different route: building real tools that help counsellors in day-to-day practice — features that genuinely make life easier, support your work, and help track progress over time.
We can’t compete with the biggest platforms on massive Google Ads budgets — but we can compete on value. We firmly believe in offering value for money by improving the platform and building tools that actually help.
Want to help us shape PHQ-9?
PHQ-9 is coming soon and we’ll roll it out gradually. If you’d like early access to test PHQ-9 and share feedback, message us and we’ll add you to the tester list.
